On this tour of the Three Eyes National Park and the Submarino La Caleta National Park, you'll discover the natural beauty of the Dominican capital and visit the Playa de Boca Chica.
Tour Details
We'll pick you up at your hotel at the designated time to start our journey toward eastern Santo Domingo in search of our first stop of the day: the Columbus Lighthouse. Let's go!
First, we'll see the monument dedicated to the Genoese navigator. We'll visit the museum and admire a structure that blends historic and modern elements in its architecture. Don't forget to take a picture!
Then, we'll head to the popular Three Eyes National Park, where you'll discover its cave system with crystal-clear lagoons. Get ready to walk on breathtaking rock formations! Afterward, we'll embark on a boat ride toward the furthest lagoon, a cenote surrounded by lush nature.
After this visit, we'll set off to the Submarino La Caleta National Park. Here, you'll spend 1 hour at one of its calmest beaches. If you want, you can dive into the water from a small cliff that adorns the coastal landscapes.
Last but not least, we'll visit Boca Chica Beach. Hungry? This will be the perfect place to enjoy a traditional lunch featuring fried fish with tostones or potatoes. After, you'll have 2 hours of free time to rest and swim in these calm waters, relax, or, if you want, participate in water activities such as snorkeling or kayaking.
Finally, we'll return to Santo Domingo, where we'll conclude this 7-hour tour.
