Estuvo súper bonito el tour! A mi hijo le encantó, a pesar de que es muy pequeño (3 años) el salvavidas le ayudó a que pudiera ver peces cuando fuimos a snorkelear y lo cuidó súper bien para que nosotros pudiéramos hacer todas las actividades! El show mantuvo a mi hijo súper atento y me encantó que los animan a participar. Al final te venden algunas fotos pero no son caras. The tour was super beautiful! My son loved it, even though he is very small (3 years old) the lifeguard helped him see fish when we went snorkeling and took great care of him so we could do all the activities! The show kept my son super engaged and I loved that they encourage participation. At the end, they sell some photos but they are not expensive. Increíblemente divertido. Eramos un grupo de 7, de todas edades incluido un peque de 6. Todos nos lo pasamos muy bien. Llegar al lugar de donde sale el tour fue largo, pero era esperado por lo que habíamos leído, pero estuvo bastante organizado. Se debería mejorar la atención al cliente ya que gracias a que fui 2 días antes a donde salía el barco para saber el transporte desde mi hotel, tuve la desagradable sorpresa de qué el día reservado de mi Bono (viernes día 6 de enero) no había actividad, y gracias a la extraordinaria intervención de un señor que dijo llamarse Andrea de la empresa que estaba por allí , me pudo solucionar el cambio de fechas al jueves día 5.

Eu pensava que era um barco antigo adaptado para os dias de hoje com motor, mas é um barco atual decorado para parecer que é um barco antigo. Fiquei frustrada. Disseram que distribuiriam sanduiches a bordo junto aos refrigerantes , mas só distribuiriam bebidas. A gente passa mais tempo dentro do barco do que no mar e isto não gostei.

Después de 45 minutos esperando en el lobby del hotel y no aparecer transporte, he tenido que llamar al tour operador y me han dicho que ha habido un problema con l transporte y que no había excursión, dándome inicialmente la opción por teléfono de cambiarlo a mañana.
