Explore the breathtaking north coast of the Dominican Republic on our Puerto Plata Catamaran Trip. We'll set off from this beautiful city and sail to incredible spots such as Cayo Arena and La Ensenada Beach.
Having picked you up from your hotel in Puerto Plata at the indicated time, we'll head to the dock of La Isabela. When we get there, we'll hop on our catamaran, which will take us sailing across the Caribbean's crystal-clear waters.
Let's set sail! We'll begin our journey by travelling along the north coast of the Dominican Republic on our way to La Ensenada Beach. When we get to this paradisiacal spot, you'll take a refreshing swim in a natural pool with crystal-clear water. You'll also be able to slide down the catamaran's water slide and drink some cider.
Next, we'll sail to Isla Bonita, which is also called Cayo Arena. You'll have 2 hours free in this beautiful spot to go snorkelling and swimming among corals and colourful fish.
After having fun at Cayo Arena, our catamaran will take us through the mangroves of the Monte Cristi National Park. Our next stop will be at the beach of Punta Rucia, where we'll dock in front of a restaurant overlooking the sea. You'll have a delicious buffet lunch here while admiring the sea views.
After lunch, we'll visit a Dominican artisan cigar factory. There, you'll be able to observe the production process and taste this popular product. If you feel like it, you can also buy some cigars or souvenirs before finishing our tour.
Finally, from the cigar factory, we'll return to your hotel in Puerto Plata, where you'll arrive approximately 11 hours after pickup.
