Tuvimos algo de mala suerte ya que fue un día muy ventoso, lo que impidió hacer el recorrido completo y con tranquilidad. Los guias hicieron lo que pudieron, demostrando profesionalidad y buen hacer; ellos fueron muy amables y sus explicaciones interesantes. Pero, a nuestro parecer, habría que mejorar, y es sencillo, varios aspectos; entre otros: a) adecuada identificación del Hotel (Google Maps confunde) b) advertir de la necesidad de llevar dinero al bar para, p.e., poder ir al baño... We had some bad luck as it was a very windy day, which prevented us from completing the tour in a relaxed manner. The guides did what they could, showing professionalism and good practice; they were very kind and their explanations were interesting. La experiencia muy completa y genial: paseo en lancha con Victor y el capitán, que nos hicieron un recorrido ameno y divertido; paseo en kayak junto a Lino, monitor responsable y agradable; préstamo de gafas para hacer snorkel en el tiempo libre; y comida en el restaurante. Nuestras propuestas de mejora: mayor control de los monitores en el agua sobre el grupo y mejor organización de tiempos (no teníamos clara la organización de actividades y horas). The experience was very complete and fantastic: a boat trip with Victor and the captain, who made it a pleasant and fun tour; a kayak trip with Lino, a responsible and friendly instructor; the loan of snorkeling gear for free time; and lunch at the restaurant. Our suggestions for improvement: better supervision of the group by the instructors in the water and better organization of the schedule (the organization of activities and times wasn't clear to us). Aunque el puerto de Madeira Sea Emotions está dentro del hotel Marina Quinta do Lorde, con esta excursión puedes entrar al parking. Los guías no hablaban español, pero nos apañamos con portugués/inglés. Lancha hasta una playa punta San Lorenzo, kayak 2h con 40min de snorkel en la reserva marina a mitad de la ruta (¡vimos un león marino!). Comida en el restaurante y vuelta en lancha pasando por el faro. ¡Impresionante, 10/10! Translate this opinion into English.

Although the Madeira Sea Emotions marina is located within the Marina Quinta do Lorde hotel, this excursion includes access to the parking lot. The guides didn't speak Spanish, but we managed with Portuguese and English. We took a speedboat to Punta San Lorenzo beach, kayaked for two hours with 40 minutes of snorkeling in the marine reserve halfway through the trip (we even saw a sea lion!). The trip today was excellent thanks. Very pleasant and knowledgeable guide Rui took us kayaking. It was disappointing that the joining instructions did not say which company I was to report to or any information about parking. The hotel appeared to be a private area and no parking so we parked outside and walked down and all the way back up to the main road. Actually it seemed parking was available directly outside Madeira Sea Emotions on the harbour side. Please aim to improve information

Una verdadera maravilla. Experiencia inolvidable. Muy, pero muy recomendable. Gente amabilísima, unas vistas impresionantes, ves Punta de San Lorenzo desde el mar y desde arriba, donde se come... Hasta vimos una foca. Pasamos una de las mejores mañanas de nuestra vida. A veces era difícil moverse, con viento y corrientes en contra, pero se supera. Pensé que tendría dolor de brazos al día siguiente pero no me dolieron nada. Eso sí, ponerse protección solar es imprescindible. Absolutamente genial. Translate this opinion into English.

A true marvel. Unforgetable experience. Highly, highly recommended. Very friendly people, impressive views, you see Punta de San Lorenzo from the sea and from above, where you eat... We even saw a seal. We had one of the best mornings of our lives. Sometimes it was difficult to move, with wind and currents against us, but you get over it. The closest I will ever get to space travel. The landscape was spectacular. Our guides were attentive, educational, and safely facilitated each activity. The lighthouse tour by boat was especially thrilling. We even caught a sight of the rare monk seal! We Highly recommend this experience.

En la descripción pone que el guía es en español y no es verdad. Guía propiamente dicho solo hay cuando coges el kayak, luego haces snorkel en una cala donde hay bastante gente que llega a pie, de una casetilla que tienen alli te dan un equipo penoso para hacerlo y ahi ni guía ni nada, tú a ti aire yo no estuve más de 5 minutos. Después para ir a ver el faro tienes que andar preguntando a los chavales de la casetilla, que no hablan español, hasta que consigues montarte en un barco y ver el faro.

In the description it says that the guide is in Spanish and it is not true. A proper guide is only there when you take the kayak, then you snorkel in a cove where there are quite a few people who arrive on foot, from a small case that they have there they give you a painful team to do it and there is no guide or anything, you to you air me I was not more than 5 minutes. Then, to go see the lighthouse, you have to ask the kids in the casetilla, who don't speak Spanish, until you manage to get on a boat and see the lighthouse.
