We'll pick you up from your hotel in Breiðdalsvík at the selected time and head towards the coast of Streiti in a jeep. Ready to be amazed by the breathtaking scenery of East Iceland? You'll be captivated!
Our first stop will be at Heydalir Church, a perfect example of traditional Icelandic architecture. We'll then continue the tour through these rough landscapes and cross the canyons of the Breiðdalsá River through a most peculiar bridge.
The next stop will be at the Beljandi waterfall. At this point, we'll go on a little hike to cross the river at its shallowest part. This hike will take us directly to the rocky coast of Streiti, where we'll find its famous lighthouse, as well as the beaches and cliffs that make this location one of the most magical and unforgettable in the area.
After two and a half hours of hiking, we'll return to your hotel in Breiðdalsvík.
