No se comunicaron conmigo antes del diq del tour. La descripción decía que recogían en el hotel si estaba en unas zonas específicas (entre esa Kaleciçi). Me escribieron a las 8:26 para decirme que tenía que dirigirme a otro lugar donde me recogerian a las 8:30, por supuesto no me daba tiempo de llegar. Cuando les digo que no podré unirme porque no avisaron con anticipación del cambio, tienen el descaro de decirme que no aplicará reembolso y que tomaran video para evidenciar que no llegamos.

They didn't contact me before the tour. The description said they would pick me up at my hotel if I was in a specific area (including Kaleciçi). They texted me at 8:26 to tell me I had to go to a different location where they would pick me up at 8:30, which, of course, didn't give me enough time to get there. When I told them I couldn't join because they hadn't notified me of the change in advance, they had the nerve to tell me there would be no refund and that they would take a video to prove we didn't arrive.

Não foi uma boa experiência. Pois não vão buscar ao hotel como dizem e eu estava a horas no ponto de recolha, uma confusão de carrinhas e eles não chamam ninguém. Conclusão não nos levaram e tive de pagar quase 18€ de táxi para ir ter com eles ao porto e usufruir da atividade. A atividade em si vale a pena.

It was not a good experience. They do not pick you up at the hotel as they say, and I was at the pickup point for hours, a confusion of vans and they do not call anyone. Conclusion: they did not take us and I had to pay almost €18 for a taxi to meet them at the port and enjoy the activity. The activity itself is worth it.

Directamente no vinieron a buscarnos al hotel, nos quedamos sin hacer la actividad, ni nos avisaron ni nos han devuelto el dinero (de momento)

They didn't even come to pick us up at the hotel, we were left without doing the activity, they didn't notify us and they haven't refunded our money (yet).

Llegamos tarde al puerto, el barco comenzó el recorrido tarde, nunca en ningún momento nos dieron indicaciones de dónde estabamos o que veiamos, no respetaron los tiempos de chapuzón en el agua, los guias casi no hablaban en Inglés, los precios a bordo son extremadamente inflados, bufet libre es mentira, prometen 11 horas de tour y fueron menos de 6hs!! Incluido el transporte hacia el hotel (q nisiquiera fue al Hotel si no a donde les quedaba mejor) NO RECOMIENDO, PURAS MENTIRAS!!!

We arrived late at the port, the boat started the tour late, they never at any time gave us indications of where we were or what we were seeing, they did not respect the times of dipping in the water, the guides hardly spoke English, the prices on board are extremely inflated, free buffet is a lie, they promise 11 hours of tour and it was less than 6 hours! Including transportation to the hotel (he didn't even go to the hotel but to where they were better) I DO NOT RECOMMEND, PURE LIES !!!

La excursion estuvo buena pero nos cambiaron el tour una vez arriba del barco, compramos la excursion porque queiamos conocer la isla cleopatra si embargo nos dijeron que no iriamos alli y kos llevaron a otras tres islas que porque el capitan decidio no ir. De muy mal gusto haber cambiado el programa sin avisarnos

Hemos comprobado que hay otra isla a la que popularmente se le llama Cleopatra, pero no era la misma que vosotros creíais. Ya se han tomado medidas para evitar esta confusión y se ha realizado la compensación oportuna.
